Cancellation policy

Between 4 and 6 days prior to the scheduled voyage, cancellations or date changes will incur a 70% fee. Within 3 days, the fee will be 100%. In the event of a refund, it will be processed through the same payment method used by the passenger, with any associated transaction fees deducted. If the fare for the new chosen/assigned date is different, the passenger must pay the corresponding difference. The new date is subject to availability. If unforeseen circumstances prevent passengers from going on the excursion (illness, accident), Solo Patagonia will request documentation to support the request and evaluate whether a refund and/or date change is applicable. If the trip cannot proceed due to weather conditions or force majeure, a refund will be issued for the amount paid.

It is the passenger's obligation to arrive at the scheduled boarding time, and they will be responsible for any inconvenience or delays caused by their lateness. Once the journey has commenced, the captain of the vessel may make route changes based on safety reasons, and in such cases, the transport service will be considered fulfilled, with no right to any claims. The transport provider is not responsible for the loss, theft, or misplacement of objects, money, or belongings carried by the passenger. The liability of the transport provider is limited in all cases under the terms and scope of the current laws of the Argentine Republic at the time of the incident. During boarding, stay on board, and disembarkation, the passenger must strictly comply with the orders given by the captain and/or the rest of the crew, and/or the Regulatory Authority (Argentine Coast Guard, National Parks Administration). Any violation will be reported to the respective authority for intervention. The passenger must immediately notify the captain on board, before disembarking at the destination port, of any damage and/or injury suffered during transport or the journey, as well as any complaints or suggestions regarding the service, the transport provider's personnel, third parties, and/or any situation that occurred. The vessel will have the corresponding complaint and/or incident book for this purpose. Failure to report will result in the loss of all rights to claim. The package does not include land transportation, fees, tolls, or entrance fees to national parks.
