Cancellation Policy
Cancellations/date changes made between 4 and 6 days prior to sailing will be charged at 70%. Cancellations made 3 days or more prior to sailing will be charged at 100%.
If a refund is required, it will be issued through the same payment method used by the passenger (minus any associated transaction fees, if applicable). If the fare for the new chosen/assigned date is different, the corresponding difference must be paid. The new date is subject to availability. If any unforeseen event prevents passengers from participating in the excursion (illness, accident), Solo Patagonia will request supporting documentation and will evaluate whether a refund and/or change of travel date is appropriate. If the trip cannot take place due to weather or force majeure, the amount paid will be refunded. Passengers are obligated to appear at the scheduled boarding time and are responsible for any inconvenience and delays caused by late arrival. Once the trip has begun, the ship's captain may make changes to the itinerary for safety reasons. In such cases, the transportation service will be deemed to have been provided, with no right to claim. The carrier is not responsible for the loss, theft, or misplacement of objects, money, or property carried by the passenger. The carrier's liability is limited in all cases under the terms and scope of the law of the Republic of Argentina in force at the time of the incident. During boarding, their stay on board, and disembarkation, the passenger must strictly comply with the orders given by the captain and/or the rest of the crew, and/or the Enforcement Authority (Argentine Naval Prefecture, National Parks Administration). Any violation will be reported to the respective authority for intervention. The passenger must notify the captain on board immediately and before disembarking at the port of destination of any damage and/or injury suffered during transportation or the journey, as well as any complaint or suggestion they consider making regarding the service, the carrier's personnel, or third parties, and/or any situation that may occur. The ship maintains a corresponding complaints and/or updates log for this purpose. If the passenger fails to do so, they will lose all right to file a claim. Does not include ground transportation, taxes, tolls, or entrance fees to national parks.
